I’m an Accredited Psychotherapist (MIACP) providing services in Midleton and online. My work is mostly trauma oriented – using EMDR integrated with other therapies – like inner child work, reparenting, CBT, Mindfulness, IFS and Gestalt.

I provide a secure and supportive space for clients to explore their issues in confidence and safety. Therapy helps my clients to heal and make the desired changes in themselves, their relationships and their life in general. It provides them with the skills and tools to effectively deal with their issues into the future. I work to the ethical guidelines of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), so the client’s safety and well-being is paramount. I also provide Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services to individuals and groups.

The office in Midleton is at Unit 4 Watersedge, Riversideway – beside McDonalds. It is easily accessible, discreet and with free parking available nearby. Session duration is one hour.
