Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) – for Individuals, Groups, Organisations and Families.

CISM is often described as ‘psychological first aid’, and is specifically for dealing with traumatic events. It’s a structured and professionally recognized process for helping people involved in a critical incident. CISM helps people to share their experience and vent their emotions. They learn about stress reactions and symptoms and it also provides referral for further help – if required. These services are provided by Tom Evans.

Parenting

We provide help to parents looking for guidance in relating to their children and teenagers.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching helps you to clarify goals and develop the tools and mindset to achieve them. It can improve efficiency in tasks and frameworks for successful results. Coaching can focus on personal projects and business goals and provide motivation to improve performance and identify objectives. Other coaching services include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests.

This is a service provided by Tom Evans to bereaved families, where he meets the family and helps them to discuss the impact of the death. He also assists them in organising individual counselling support for family members – if required. Tom provides this support throughout Cork County, and further afield if desired.
