My approach to therapy is warm and supportive, focusing on creating a safe and confidential space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to empower you to gain insight, develop coping skills, and build your resilience and self-esteem. I work in a collaborative way, figuring things out with you, to find what feels best for you and your needs. I believe that therapy can bring a positive change to your life by increasing your self awareness and helping you feel more fulfilled.
I work with adults and young adults going through challenges in life. Whether you’re dealing with current life dissatisfaction, relationship and family issues, physical health difficulties, loss or life transitions, I can provide support and understanding.
I’m committed to being a culturally sensitive and neuro-affirmative practitioner. I know that taking these first steps can be difficult, please feel free to get in touch and we can arrange a time for a free phone consultation. I'm available for in-person and online appointments.
