I offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space to explore both past and present issues. My goal is to help clients find balance and effective ways of managing life through increased awareness, enhanced coping skills, and improved self-care.
Counselling & Psychotherapy
I provide a reflective and explorative environment that facilitates healing and empowers individuals to create meaningful changes in their lives. I offer humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, customising each session to meet the specific and unique needs of each client. I provide a supportive and empathetic environment to explore, understand, and resolve issues. I aim to assist in the healing process through compassionate and gentle exploration of problematic areas and personal development, finding ways forward and creating positive change and direction in life.
I combine various theoretical approaches and practices, including person-centered, gestalt, transactional analysis, mindfulness, attachment theory, inner child work, cognitive behavioural therapy, relational theories, and creative and somatic therapies.
I have a BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from MTU. I am a pre-accredited member of the IACP and adhere to all policies and standards.
I am available for in-person, online, and phone sessions. I offer both short-term sessions for crisis intervention, immediate needs, or loss of direction and longer-term psychotherapy sessions for addressing attachment issues and deeper relational exploration.
